If anyone out there has psoriasis on their scalp and has methods that have worked for them please help! I’ve used dermarest, an actual steroid shampoo, and they burn like hell, but my scalp is still red and flaky. I’m at the end of my rope. It’s itchy, painful, and embarrassing.
